+How long does delivery take?
Most orders are printed and dispatched within 48 hours. Pan-India delivery takes 3–7 working days. Express delivery (1–3 days) is available in metro cities at an additional charge.
+Can I customise the colour, font, and material?
Yes — everything. Use our live 3D customiser to control font, colour, material, and size. You see exactly what you're ordering before you pay.
+Do you support Indian language scripts?
Yes. We support Devanagari, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Gujarati, and English in all our name-based products.
+What if my product arrives damaged?
Take a photo and send it to us on WhatsApp immediately. We will reprint and reship at no charge. No forms, no hassle.
+Do you accept returns?
Since every product is made specifically for you, we don't accept returns. But if there's any quality issue or the product doesn't match your order, we reprint it free of charge.
+Can I order in bulk for a wedding or event?
Absolutely — WhatsApp us or select "Corporate / Bulk Order" in the contact form for a custom quote with bulk pricing.
+Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes — every order automatically generates a GST invoice sent to your email.
+How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS when your order ships. Also available in your account page.
+What is PLA and is it safe?
PLA is made from cornstarch and sugarcane — it's biodegradable, non-toxic, and completely safe for home use. It's our most popular material.
+I have my own STL file — can you print it?
Yes — upload it on our community platform at makers.magicprints3d.com and click "Print This" on your model. Or just send it to us on WhatsApp.
+How do I join the maker community?
Go to makers.magicprints3d.com and create a free account. Start uploading models immediately. No approval needed to join.
+How does the Tool Partner Program work?
Submit your tool via the form on our community platform. Our team reviews and integrates approved tools. You earn 15% commission on every order — paid monthly to your UPI.
