Terms of Service

1. Who we are

“MagicPrints3D”, “we”, “us” refers to NAP Designs (the legal entity operating the brand MagicPrints3D), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. These terms govern your use of magicprints3d.com, makers.magicprints3d.com, and any related services.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Custom orders & user-uploaded content

Our customisation tools (Sign Studio, Photo Keychain, Lithophane Lab, Instant Quote, model uploads, etc.) let you submit text, images, and 3D files. By submitting any content you confirm:

  • You own the content, OR you have explicit permission from the rights holder to reproduce it physically.
  • The content does not infringe any trademark, copyright, design right, or personality right of any third party.
  • The content is not obscene, defamatory, hateful, violent, or illegal under Indian law.
  • You will not upload images of identifiable minors without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right — but are under no obligation — to review, refuse, or cancel any order whose content appears to violate the above. Where an order is cancelled for IP reasons, we will refund any amounts paid less applicable payment gateway fees.

4. Prohibited content

The following will be rejected and may result in account suspension:

  • Logos, mascots, or characters of brands you do not own (Disney, Marvel, Pokémon, Nintendo, sports teams, etc.).
  • Currency, security documents, weapons, or restricted items under Indian law.
  • Sexually explicit content involving any person.
  • Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against any community.

5. Marketplace (Maker Community)

Creators uploading 3D models to makers.magicprints3d.comgrant MagicPrints3D a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and (where the creator enables print-on-demand) print and ship the model on the creator’s behalf. The creator retains all copyright in the underlying design. Earnings, commission rates, and payout schedules are governed by the Creator Agreement available at /legal/creator-agreement.

6. Tool partners

Tool partners who submit parametric tools accepted into our platform earn 15% of the gross order value generated through their tool, paid monthly via UPI subject to a ₹500 minimum threshold. Partners must comply with the Tool Partner Agreement.

7. Pricing, payment, taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST where applicable. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store full card details. A GST invoice is generated for every order and emailed to you.

8. Shipping & delivery

Most orders are printed and dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days pan-India, 1–3 days for express in metros. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier partner, force majeure, or incorrect address details supplied by you.

9. Refunds & reprints

Because every order is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your product arrives damaged or does not match the order, message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 7 days of delivery — we will reprint and reship at no cost. Full policy at /legal/refunds.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, special, or consequential losses.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
