Refunds & Cancellations

1. Custom-made — no change-of-mind returns
Every product is printed specifically for you. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, wrong colour selection, wrong text, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your customisation, name spelling, and size before paying.
2. Damaged or defective — free reprint
If your product arrives damaged, broken, or with a manufacturing defect:
- WhatsApp us at +91 XXXXX XXXXX within 7 days of delivery
- Send a clear photo of the issue and your order number
- We reprint and reship at no cost — typically dispatched within 48 hours
3. Wrong item delivered — free reprint
If we sent the wrong product, the wrong colour, or the wrong customisation (our error, not yours), we reprint at no cost. Same WhatsApp process as above.
4. Cancellation window
You can cancel an order for a full refundonly before printing has started. Printing usually begins within 2–6 hours of payment. Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled (the material and machine time are already committed to your custom item).
- To cancel, WhatsApp us immediately with your order number.
- Refunds are processed via Razorpay within 5–7 working days back to the original payment method.
5. Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ working days, contact us. We will investigate with Shiprocket and either reprint or refund.
6. Wrong address supplied by customer
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address you supplied, we can reship after you pay the actual courier charges. We do not refund the original order in this case.
7. IP-rejected orders
If we cancel your order because the uploaded image, logo, or design infringes a third-party trademark or copyright (see our DMCA policy), we refund the order in full less Razorpay’s non-refundable payment gateway fee (typically 2%).
